It looks like a clutch slave cylinder
Edit: just looked it up, Its a starter motor for a Diesel engine out of a paving machine

you wont be alone. But i will do just because for the past 6 days ive been going to sleep at 8AM. And getting up like about 2pm.
So today ive decided to cut with that crap and wont sleep until next day so i can go to sleep at the proper time.
